Start building with NRG Forms.

Getting started

  1. Install and activate.
    Upload the NRG Forms plugin from WordPress Plugins → Add New.
  2. Activate your license.
    Enter the license key supplied with your annual subscription.
  3. Create a form.
    Choose fields from the builder panel, configure them, and arrange the form.
  4. Configure delivery.
    Add notifications, confirmations, CAPTCHA, Mailchimp, or webhook feeds as needed.
  5. Embed and test.
    Place the form using its shortcode and send a complete test submission.
