Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, license keys and activation domains, transaction references supplied by our payment provider, support communications, website analytics, security logs, device and browser information, and cookies necessary to operate the site.

How we use information

We use information to deliver purchases, operate license activation and updates, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve NRG Forms, communicate service information, and meet legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider. NRG does not intend to store complete payment-card details. The payment provider processes transaction and tax information under its own privacy policy.

Form submission data

The NRG Forms WordPress plugin stores customer-created form configurations and submissions on the customer’s WordPress site unless the customer enables an integration. Site owners are responsible for their own privacy notices and lawful collection of visitor information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, when directed by you, during a business transfer, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described, including accounting, fraud prevention, licensing, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information. Requests may be sent to support@nrgforms.com or submitted through our Contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when material changes are published.
