NRG Forms licenses are sold as annual subscriptions for the number of websites stated by the selected plan. A license is non-exclusive, non-transferable except where expressly approved, and may not be resold, shared, or used beyond its activation allowance.

3. Renewals and expiration

Subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed at checkout unless canceled. When a license expires, installed software may continue to function, but new activations, updates, downloads, and support are unavailable until renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits, circumvent licensing controls, use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or distribute modified or unmodified copies without written permission.

5. Customer responsibilities

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software and website are provided “as is.” NRG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license during the preceding twelve months.
