14-day refund period

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law or displayed at checkout, first-time NRG Forms license purchases may be eligible for a refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.

Renewals

Renewal charges may be eligible for review when requested promptly after the renewal date. Customers should cancel before renewal when they do not wish to continue an annual subscription.

How to request a refund

Email support@nrgforms.com or use our Contact page and include the order reference and license-account email address. Once sales begin, the applicable merchant of record may process approved refunds and may require the request through its customer portal.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined for requests made outside the stated period, license abuse, excessive activations, chargeback fraud, or material violations of the license terms, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Effect of a refund

A completed refund terminates access to updates, downloads, support, and new license activations. Installed software must be removed unless continued use is required or permitted by applicable law.
